The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location, easy access to public transportation and many attraction spots. the staff was friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions we had.

The hotel is in need of some renovation, some areas are outdated and worn. the breakfast options were limited, could have had more variety.

Staff ringing for room service at 7 pm. 2 eggs + side garnish for USD 18.00 + 3 USD delivery charge + Tax . Extra for white. Did not get room I paid in advance for. 2Nd night moved to correct room. A/c did not work in 1 bedroom, a/c leaked water in 2nd bedroom. Elevators extremely slow. Hall ways very hot/no a/C. We will not stay here again, very poor condition.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of room to move around. The location was ideal, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to the subway.- The free internet access in the business center was a great convenience.

The lifts were often slow and unreliable, causing inconvenience and delays. The room service prices were quite high, making it more cost-effective to eat at nearby delis.

At the start the staff were less than impressive. We got given a key to a room that somebody was still in. We were than taken to a room by a staff member and said the key would be given to us shortly, it never arrived. Phone for a babies cot which never arrived until we went down and asked again 5 hours later. Breakfast was advertised as free, but you were forced to tip( what the hell) and sign how much you would give. Lifts were continually out of order.

poor old room. not very clean. breakfast was a shame. late availibility 4 pm of rooms and check out at 11 am.

The rooms do not look like the images shown on the Booked.net website and we were disappointed, even after a room change. The experience was rescued by the excellent manner in which the manageress Chloe Finney handled the situation. She is an asset to Flatotel.
